2022 Checho (pronounced Ché-Chó) is a voice-controlled smart home hub that plays music, answers questions, sets lights and appliances, and performs many other tasks in and around the home. It is a design exploration on how smart hubs can be presented in a way that is more aligned with traditional cultures, in this case Latinx. Checho will be presented at the 2022 Autodesk University Conference in New Orleans, and it will also be exhibited at the 2022 Advanced Design SQ1 Conference in Chicago.
